Breastfeeding Which Boob Next? Elastic Colored Bracelet
8 years ago I was a first time mom with twin girls in the NICU. They were born 2 months early and for the first few weeks they ate through feeding tubes. I was exclusively pumping before I could even attempt to breastfeed them. I don't know about you, but as a new mom, the stress is intense. Add in twins being in the NICU, I was lucky I could remember to put on pants, let alone figure out which boob I had to use to breastfeed/pump from next. Every 2.5 hours that machine (or a mouth) was attached to me. I tried to write it down or use my phone to keep track, but I didn't always have a pen/paper or the phone on me. (Yes I know that's hard to believe, but 8 years ago the iphone was like 1st generation)! Anyways, a cute accessory would have been more fun!
So fast forward 8 years and 3 kids...my 3rd was born 2.5 years ago and I did breastfeed him for 6 months, we now have my handy dandy newbie boobie mommy bracelet! Now all you have to do is switch the bracelet every few hours to remind yourself which boob you need to work on next!
Things you should know:
- the bracelet is made of elastic and will stretch to fit any wrist. It totals 9" around
- It is tied in a knot at the end
- Comes in 4 colors and 2 breastfeeding designs
